The course of Nykredit Copenhagen Marathon 2012 is like the previous years flat and fast. The entire course is traffic free and gives you the best of wonderful Copenhagen as you run alongside the stunning habourfront and the city lakes, through the green parks and atmospheric streets, and pass historic buildings and landmarks.
The course is very spectator friendly, because runners pass some of the same areas more than once. With the beautiful, historic buildings and lots of entertainment and hot spots along the course everything is set for a great urban race full of atmosphere.
Please note that Nykredit Copenhagen Marathon is a full marathon only. No half marathon, 5 km, 10 km or other distances are run. It’s all about the race – all about the marathon and the 42,195 km.
